About this Opportunity

Overview We are looking for a calm, sharp, and highly organized Stage Manager / Showrunner to help lead live stage execution and keep the Summit program running smoothly. As a key member of our main stage team, you will support the Project Manager and production team with the master run-of-show, coordinate speaker and performer movements, call stage cues, and communicate with our audio/visual and technical teams in real time. This is a high-visibility specialized leadership role for someone with previous stage management, showrunning, production, or live event experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and can remain composed when plans change. Key Responsibilities ● Support the NoTimeToWait Project Manager with the master run-of-show, including timing, cues, transitions, presentations, videos, and stage movements. ● Call or support cues for sound, lighting, presentations, video rollouts, and stage transitions to keep the program on schedule. ● Brief and support spotlight speakers, panelists, and performers backstage. ● Coordinate microphone fittings, stage entrances/exits, and timing updates with speakers and performers. ● Work directly with the Audio/Visual Technicians and streaming/technical team to coordinate live technical cues and troubleshoot issues as they arise. ● Monitor the backstage and greenroom environment to ensure it remains organized, safe, and ready for upcoming sessions. ● Communicate quickly and clearly with the production and event team when schedules, cues, or technical needs change.
