Your SOE score is calculated from 8 pillars: Footprint (25%), Water (10%), Consumption (15%), Finance (10%), Practices (15%), Professional (10%), Advocacy (10%), and Verification (5%). Each pillar has specific questions that contribute to your overall score out of 100.

What are the different badge tiers?

Accepted Answer

There are 4 badge tiers based on your score: Bronze (40-59), Silver (60-79), Gold (80-89), and Platinum (90-100). Higher tiers unlock more features and increase your visibility on the leaderboard.

How do I verify my score?

Upload supporting documents like electricity bills, certificates, or project reports in the Verification tab. Our admin team will review them within 48 hours. Verified documents increase your verification level and can boost your score.

Can I update my assessment answers?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can retake any pillar assessment at any time from your dashboard. Your score will be recalculated automatically. We recommend updating your assessment quarterly to track your progress.

Is my profile public by default?

Accepted Answer

Yes, profiles are public by default to encourage community building. You can make your profile private in Settings if you prefer. Private profiles won't appear on the leaderboard or directory.

What documents can I upload for verification?

Accepted Answer

You can upload: electricity bills (for footprint), certifications (for professional), project reports, employer letters, travel summaries, and other relevant documents. Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX (max 5MB).

We recommend updating your assessment every 3-6 months to track your sustainability progress. You'll receive email reminders and can see your score history in the Progress tab.
